President and Founder Dr. Forbus is a coach, consultant and a highly respected speaker. He holds a
PhD in human relations and leadership. He has continued studying and being coached in other related disciplines including
George Washington University Extension. Rick is a certified Birkman International Assessment consultant and a member
of the INTERNATIONAL SPEAKERS NETWORK. His executive coaching clients range from corporate executive teams to pastors of churches.

Debbie specializes in marketing,
client appreciation progams and event planning. She brings 10 years of Executive Administration support experience
to her role, providing a rich store of firsthand knowledge from which to draw. Debbie is the "executive handler"
of all the important logistical items related to Leadervision, as well as, our marketing expert. Debbie has a real

Vice President
Davis leads the strategic operations of Leadervision and connects the consultancy
with present and future clients.Odom brings 30+ years of organizational leadership, coaching, counseling, business strategy
and imaging to our leadership team. Davis is a professional communicator, bringing many powerful topics to his speaking engagements.
He has a natural sense to provide administrative and organizational planning to businesses, non-profits and churches that
have plateaued or declined. After graduate school Odom continued doctoral studies in counseling and group therapy. His workshops

Chris Goethe Executive Vice President of Sales Training and Coaching Chris comes to Leadervision
consulting with 25+ years in marketing, branding and sales experience. Chris is a graduate of Gardner-webb and has been successful
in training project managers, leading sales teams, training and is a gifted speaker in various topics. Chris holds a PMP (Project
Management Professional) certification and is an executive coach. Chris can ignite sales team in training retreats and lunch
and learn scenarios. He specializes in coaching teams in several vital topics.
